INVEST


The upfront interest refers to the collection of total interest on an investment at the beginning of the tenor. Yes, it applies to the REEF.
Once we confirm that you have reached your investment target, you can begin your application for a business loan.
You can get over 100% of your invested sum. However, you will need to own a vehicle (e.g. car, bus, van) to use as collateral. Otherwise, you will only get 85% of your invested sum.
Note that Rosabon will not take full possession of your car – It will still be available to you for your personal or business use.

LEASE


No, alternatively the vehicle will be registered in the name of the Company, Rosabon Financial Services till your lease tenure expires and all rentals have been paid. After this, a change of ownership will be done and you take it on from there.
No, you may not, as this vehicle is still owned by Rosabon Financial Services pending when final payments are made and all documentation released. Do contact our client experience representatives at clientservices@rosabon-finance.com for more information.

Once during a leasing tenure
The acceptable mode of repayment is by cheque presentation, however, if you wish to make a transfer, ensure it is done at least 24 hours before lodgement date to enable us confirm payment and retrieve your cheque. Payment for deferment is done upfront upon request by us.
